HILLARY CLINTON TO FACE RACKETEERING CHARGES

Hillary Clinton and husband Bill Clinton will be the targets of racketeering charges soon to be brought by the FBI according to a report from Huffington Post. The news website reports that FBI Director James Comey will soon present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General of the Department of Justice that formal charges be brought against The Clinton Foundation. Charges that are included in the recommendation include one alleging that
“the Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.”
This puts Hillary and Bill Clinton in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) whose intent is to prevent organized crime. Among activities that may be classified as racketeering are bribery, counterfeiting, money laundering, embezzlement, illegal gambling, kidnapping, murder, drug trafficking, and slavery. The FBI reportedly has evidence of Hillary and Bill Clinton engaging in bribery and money laundering in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors for individuals as well as both foreign and domestic corporations and governments.
The Clinton Foundation was founded by Hillary and Bill Clinton as a 501c organization, meaning it is a tax-exempt non-profit. Several million dollars in donations can not be traced back to the donors because they were funneled through a Canadian shell company, and less than 10% of donations have been released to charitable organizations. Of that percentage, $2 million can be traced to Clinton friend Julie McMahon, who is rumored to be a long-time mistress of Bill Clinton.
Numerous other situations that are expected to be part of the foundation upon which the FBI has built their case are the responsibility solely of Hillary Clinton. When her email server first became the target of an investigation, Hillary instructed her IT professional to get rid of over 30,000 emails and backups that existed on the cloud. The FBI has reportedly been able to retrieve most of those records. This alone likely puts Ms. Clinton in violation of three sections of the RICO act – section 1503 (obstruction of justice), section 1510 (obstruction of criminal investigators), and section 1511 (obstruction of state or local law enforcement).
It’s also believed that the FBI has evidence that may convict the Clinton Foundation of bribery in multiple instances including one in which, as reported about a month ago by the New York Times, the foundation helped mining financier Frank Giustra obtain a deal to mine uranium in Kazakhstan in exchange for a large contribution.
In addition, Hillary Clinton stated to a federal judge while under oath that she provided the State Department with all of her emails, while the facts show that she did not. The fact that Clinton did not provide all of her emails puts her in violation of United States Code (USC) 18 section 1924 and USC 18 section 798, which could lead to being charged with federal offenses. The fact that Hillary made a false statement to a federal judge could lead to perjury charges.
The Inspector General Report also voices an objection to Hillary Clinton’s claim that she did nothing wrong with her home email server and that all of her actions related to that server were approved by the State Department.
“Secretary Clinton should have preserved any Federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary. At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.“
The FBI had originally expected to wind up their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s actions in October of last year. They apparently used the time since then to gather additional evidence that they will soon provide to Loretta Lynch.
